They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
I worked with both M. Menon and R. Menon over the years and found them both very caring doctors and a pleasure to work with. When I think of the caring and competent doctors of the Victor Valley, they are the first two who come to mind.
