means reality does not are not a good hoa they do nothing I have to take a cooled shower and I 88 years old I have lived here since 1989 and paid my condo but cant sell it because of the La Portola Association will not fix anything. Why are we pay Means Reality HOA Fees anyway. I am a senior and I had rodents eat my walls and coming from the outside and they did treat the building this company...

Let see where do I start ? We have a water leak to our restroom & have requested to have the MAIN COMMON valve (HOA) replaced so we can replace the valve INSIDE the vanity, it has been leaking...
