Food is actually great (another order), but my order was confirmed 30 min after being placed and then never came, no call, no email, just didn't show up and then they closed.

I'll try to stick with restaurants that have at least some sort of customer service, pass on this.

I am in HEAVEN! I had the 3 cheese grill with a tomato soup. What could be better and more classic on a cool pre-Fall dreary day? Delivery fast and hot. I will most definitely order from there again. Bravo, Melt Shop, Bravo!

I had the Fried Chicken sandwich and it was the best I have ever had. A real chicken breast crispy and moist on bread so good it could have been a side dish late at night on its own. The loaded tater tots had lots of great toppings but the tater tots themselves were just OK. It just might be that I am just not a fan of tots in general.
