I had a couple of house leaks and they located several broken tiles, repaired the leaks, replaced the tiles, added flashing and repaired/replaced woodwork. I'm embarressed to say job went south from day one. Argued, was rude, abrasive & would not pay attention to detail, but charged an arm and a leg. Ouch I LOSE!!!
