I had my older Bernina foot control die yesterday. I was in there not long after they opened this morning and they found a used one that worked with the machine, and fixed it.

This business is an ocean of information, and assistance. The staff is smart, experienced, very artistic and knowledgeable. The total number of years of experience at Meissner's would be staggering and all of us in the Sacramento and surrounding area get to take advantage of it! Wahooo!
