What I do not appreciate is going in for an OIL CHANGE ONLY, and when I'm being checked out, I'm told they plugged my tire (without advising or asking my permission first) and charged me $20. I had no intention of spending that extra money and no proof that my tire was plugged, of course. I made the mistake of making an appointment here, that will never happen again. I much prefer the honesty...
