Had a voucher for Veterans Day for a free oil change bc we were turned away the day of, went back on 3 different occasions and by the time someone told us that we should make an appointment the voucher had expired and they refused to honor it! What a disgrace! Like that 22 dollar oil change would have broken your company! Pathetic!

I will never go back. I went to get a fluid flush and I end up going back five times. My car has been the same.

Completely discriminated against. They gave me a 1,020 estimate for only brake pads and rotors and says I drive a Ford truck when I drive a Crysler Sebring, the vin number was wrong also. And come to find out by another shop my breaks and break pads were just fine. Then when I go back to correct the estimate they said 'sorry we put in the plate number wrong and it gave us the wrong...
