Had an awful experience there. Made an appointment online, was asked to wait 15 minutes to be helped because apparently the only person capable of signing people in had left. Took 2 hours longer...

Very disappointed in the level of service from this Meineke location. I probably won't use Meineke at all in the future. A caliber bolt was missing from my front driver brake causing it to rattle...
