Came in for a second bid on brakes... Meineke's bid was under by several hundred dollars for the same work....they were quick, Super nice, and saved me some cash !!

i took my car in and told them to just put new brake pads on the front. They went ahead and were trying to take the rear drum brakes off as well without my permission to 'inspect' them, couldn't get them off, tore them all up, and i ended up having to take it somewhere else and have all of the brakes replaced because they even put the wrong pads on the front and that tore up the front rotors. I heard someone beating on something metal while i was waiting, i suspect that was an incompetent technician beating on my rear brake drums.
