Meehans Ale House is a middle-of-the-road Irish bar and restaurant chain that offers average tasting food, occasionally very poor service, a decent selection of domestic and Irish brews, and a great outdoor patio. They have live music as well. A Yelp reviewer says, "he interior is pretty basic with dark wood. It feels like a cross between the tilted kilt and a taco mac with less televisions....
