Im not being racist, but this entire complex is made up of only Hispanic individuals. They all seem to like to play loud mariachi music at all times, day and night. They love to throw parties all the time, and when they are done, my patio is covered in beer cans/bottles, bottlecaps, cigarette butts, etc. Then, the apartment management leaves ME a note to clean up my trash. There is no parking at Meadowood Commons. It got so bad at one point that the management made us get parking permit stickers. She calculated that there is only 4 extra parking spots throughout the whole complex for visitors. That is how tightly packed it is. Additionally, as a lot of the mexican people in the complex drive taxis, they are coming and going at all times of the night. As far as their children go, they are constantly running around outside with little to no supervision. In one instance, a group of boys were laying down on skateboards and skating down the slight decline at the front of the complex, in the dark. I nearly him them with my car. Another time, a little girl jumped out in front of our car waving her arms and screaming. I thought there was something wrong, until she slapped the front of our car and ran off laughing. Another time, we saw a 3 year old running around outside completely naked, with no adult in sight. The kids also come and mess around on my private patio. They leave trash there including empty juice boxes and other food containers. When I walk my dog, they scream at him to aggravate him and throw things at him to make him mad. As far as the safety of the neighborhood, my car got broken into for the first time 2 months ago, at this apartment complex. Someone completely busted out my front passenger window, leaving glass all over the parking lot. When I went to talk to the management, I told them it needed to be cleaned up, and there needed to be better lighting in the parking lot. The glass is still laying all over the parking lot 2 months later (along with several broken beer bottles), and there is no lighting in the parking lot. On a side note, we didnt have air conditioning for the whole month of may when we moved in. It was early June before they got around to fixing it. We have lived there for a year, and informed them the first day we moved in that we did not have a drain stopper, and complained for one several times since. We never received one. Our apartment is continually infested with roaches and ants. The exterminator comes and sprays, but they keep coming back. This is just the beginning of problems here. This place is a total nightmare.
Well, I've been living here for over a year now. It's not too bad, except the leasing office doesn't handle stuff properly. I think the manager is good friends with the renters next to the office, because they have three vehicles and they park wherever they want; even in the handicap spots & they don't even have a handicap plaque. They even sent out notices that no more than two people can live...
You don't won't to ever rent from meadwood commons Norcross ga 30071 when my lease is up im gone not coming fast enough, roach infested, air don't work, cold during winter, cracks in floor to where you can see outside, you call it might be a week of two before they fix anything, you sign lease they go up on rent more, they want you to follow the rules and regulations but don't want to do...
