Have worked with Malcolm for years, I would stake my reputation on his skills. One of the best in San Diego. He has recovered data and systems when even the manufacture and high price recovery places said it was impossible. His honesty, integrity, intelligence, and skills are unmatched. Faced with a very stressful dead harddrive which needed data recovery , I was extremely grateful to find someone who really knew their stuff. My company is still around now because Malcolm spent his entire weekend fixing my harddrive. The final cost was actually half of what I had been quoted by two others. This is the company you hope not to need but its good to know they'll be there when you need them:)

We are very pleased with the service. Helpful advise and a quick turnaround. Very nice people. It's nice to find that a few family businesses are still around. The viruses are all gone and the laptop is working perfectly.
