Ordered a cheeseburger meal, got to the pick up menu and was handed a drink and told to go park, I watched and every car was sent to park no matter what was ordered. Happens often at this place. Staff is lazy and borderline rude.

It is amazing that the owner of this McDonalds also owns a Franchise on Hudson Bridge Road, which is a great location. The staff here does not care. God Help you if you are an early riser. The crew in the morning is terrible. Allow...extra time thru the drive through because you will wait by the speaker for minutes on end. Check your bag before you drive off. And have hand sanitizer in the car....

Service and food were average. Our order was correct, so that was good. It was kind of complicated to order with two vegetarians but they got it right.
