My son got hired at the McDonald’s near the mall in Morristown TN. For 2 days he’s went for orientation and the “manager” isn’t there. The teen workers keep telling him they don’t why she isn’t there and to just come back tomorrow! It’s very...unprofessional for them not to call to give an explanation. There isn't a single person in the building that cares about their job. The service is pathetic in the rare event that they will even serve you. The entire crew should be fired and rebuilt from the ground up. I would rather have sleep for...dinner, at least that wouldn't be a waste of my time and money.

This is the worse service I have ever gotten. I waitress over 30 minutes to get my order. Some oriental lady was working she didn't speak or understand what I said. Then she didn't give me my receipt. I was asked 4 times what I...ordered. I asked them if they were having to slaughter the beef. My order was $21 and some change.
