We were denied service in a very rude and unprofessional way by assistant manager Cynthia at the drive through because we were not in a car.
Due to in door and take out service being closed this is only option to order food.
I have...been in many McDonald's around the world and never experienced this kind of service.
Very disappointed.

Wish I could post 0 stars. Literally the slowest McDonald's in the world. Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a drink. Horrible service.

Busy, but food and service were good

This McDonalds is located near the bus and train stations in the downtown area, so it was busy even in the middle of the afternoon. We used the self-serve order kiosk and were able to place our order without issue. There is a display board...showing orders in process.
