Horrible lunch experience

I pulled in on quick lunch break. Using my app to get my points. Ordered double quarter pounder mayo only and large Hi-C. Get to window medium Hi-C. Told the employee it's supposed to be Large. She says no screen says medium. I can't fix...it drive back around and reorder. EXCUSE ME!!!! You mean to tell me you can make me a large drink???? Then I get back to work open burger box low and behold...
