Decent doughnuts and ice cream

McHappy's and Napoli's is a local chain in the Marietta-Parkersburg area. Their doughnuts are decent and are made fresh every morning. They also serve ice cream, but have very few places inside to sit. The only seats they have outside is behind the restaurant not very far from the dumpsters.

dry donuts

They used to have good muffins but over the last year I believe the quality had gone down hill. The muffins taste like they are 4 days old. Very dry and hard to swallow. The products are not made on site. They are made in Belpre and trucked to Marietta approx. 14 miles again.

Chocolate bliss

The ice cream concoction that I had here once was the chocolate ice cream over fudge brownies, drizzled with chocolate syrup. If you're ever in this place, you just gotta have that. I highly recommend it.
