First of all I would focus on the reviews from the actual occupants and not the real estate agents...Do not use this company. The bank that owned my house fixed the foundation with MBR and got a lifetime warranty. I moved in a week after the work was done and when I walked around to the back of the house the hole that they dug up was left completely exposed. There were food leftovers and...
