I had the same experience. Walked into the showroom, spent about 15 minutes looking around and not one person even spoke must less ask me if I could be help. Obviously customer service isn't a top priority.

We went into this showroom and the one in Pelham. No one would help us at either location. This company doesn't seem to value customer service. We went elsewhere.
