This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever seen in my life. The PA that I see (Mr. Cook) is professional and conscientious. The staff that supports him is otherwise. They do not return calls, they act very unprofessional and appear to hate their work. I think I have only seen two doctors (and maybe a NP or two) here, but both have been excellent (Dr. Jiwani and Dr. Varshney). The front staff can be hit or miss as far as competence (for instance, I have had an appointment scheduled which later showed up as not on the schedule--even though I had a printed card), so I know they have some issues there. This clinic is dirty ajd made me feel like I needed a shower after entering. Horrible staff. Rude, incompetent and slow. Avoid this place at all cost. You WILL regret it if you do.
