I can see why you are upset, your salesman should have informed you and put on your invoice that warranties are not to be exchanged as part of the satisfaction process but when nothing is mentioned and you go to do it and can't makes you upset.  It would make me upset too and it should have probably done anyway and on your next future invoice it should have been noted.  On behalf of Mattress...
