Very dissatisfied with the financing dept. they overcharged me for my mattress and I am having a hard time for them to credit me back. I will never buy a mattress from mattress firm again

Ric Hutson @ Mattress Firm on 20th street & Highland in Phx, AZ went to great deal to get a very tough situation handled for me. I would recommend doing buisness w/ him anytime. He stood behind his product, even had his buisness card on the receipt. He's at the old Sleep America ( now Mattress Firm) on theN.E corner on 20th st. & Highland Phx, AZ 85016. Thanks again Ric. I heard they sell the Westin Heavenly Bed (well, the version of it) and they do and we bought it Sunday at 5:30pm, they said they could deliver it that...
