The owners are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, UNPLEASANT I have ever met. They have actually called competitors and said very nasty things and called from their own cell phone. They do sell floor models and lie and tell people they're new. They tell people what they want to hear, then they will never help them if they have a problem. They should not be allowed to even own a business. Don't buy from them, you'll regret it. Not a good experience.
