DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I was able to determine more about what was wrong with my washing machine (Error 41 - door sensor doesn't work) than the technician they sent out on Monday. All he could figure was Error 41 (because it blinks on the display), but he didn't know what it meant - at a charge of $89 for the visit. Once another technician came out to figure it out, they had to order the part. Friday they called to say someone would be out to repair it between 1 and 5pm. No one showed. No one called. The office closes and does not take calls after 4pm. Out of luck until Monday... SEVEN DAYS and it is still not repaired!!
I'd stay away from these guys if I were you! After contacting Frigidaire, MasterTech came out to "fix" my 2 week old fridge after the ice maker quit. my appointment was cancelled because it was raining...RAINING! and it isnt even raining all over the county. This is unacceptable.
0 stars! I had made an appointment for them to come over and check out our refrigerator, and no one showed up! I called multiple times and finally someone answered. She said that they had to reject our appointment because they don't have any openings til the end of March! They had no consideration to even call me to let me know that they weren't coming!! Terrible service!
Please do not hire this company to do anything...very horrible service...you will be calling them all day long just to reach them.The receptionist is avoid your calls and do not pick up and when she picks up she is loud.Can't believe they are still in business.
This was the most unacceptable service we have ever received.
Master tech came top our home 3 times and still did not repair our fridge, (unfortunately they were the repair company refered by our insurance). They created additional damaged to our fridge and refuse to repair it even though the tech admitted to his manager, (while we were on the phone) that he did strip the let on the fridge...
