Pretty bad experience with this company so far. Took a lot of calls to figure out when my roof was going to get replaced. Alex The salesperson that worked with us and was initially very helpful just stopped responding after giving some excuses and delaying the work for about a month. When my insurance company turned down my initial hail claim, I was very discouraged. Steve and Chris helped me through the next steps and eventually got my claim approved. The crew that did my roof was awesome too. I was impressed with how professional and courteous they were. Their clean up afterwards was also very thorough. All in all, the best experience I've ever had with a roofing company!
