I am trying to cancel membership - I do not have an active contract - the staff is trying to tell me I have to give notice??? Canceling due to very poor front office customer service, after almost 2 years, I love my therapist but the rest is a scam,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,for the price they should at least answer the phones and take messages,,, but this seems to be beyond their capibility....

The five stars are for my therapist, Bev. She works so hard to see that my experience is great. She has helped me with many sports related injuries and even headaches. She is wonderful. Clean center, nice place to go.

I went today for the first time and HOORAH rec'd a great massage. Not only did I receive a great massage but the office personnel and manager were so nice and ready to answer and questions I had...
