Took my son to two different doctors and both misdiagnosed his vision problem. Brought him to Dr. Sutherland and he was fitted perfectly. The staff was friendly and prompt as far as not having to wait for the appointment. They were helpful in showing him the different glasses frame choices. They carried the titanium frames he needed because of allergies in many sizes and shapes. Overall I would rate our visit a A+. No complaints here about the service, price or anyone that was working there. I would recommend to friends and family.
They suck customer service on a warrenty bad period I have payed 500.00 dollar for a pair of glasses that suck .
We may try the North Marx Optical just to give them one more chance. I will say to the big blue/green eyed blonde with a ponytail that it was fortunate that my sweet husband had taken our daughters glasses up there due to the rude and humiliating behavior towards my husband was unwarranted and I would have retaliated. I called for a price on a contact lens exam and was told 85.00, which is comparable to others, but then they added on a FITTING charge of 55.00.I can go to Birmingham or Huntsville and get exams for 3 years for 99.00. So much for going local.
