Their service dep't is terrible. I have been trying to get my 2009 Escalade Hybrid fixed since Fed of 2015. I brought it back again this past Monday. They can't duplicate the problems and told me to come pick up the car. "We are done with it"
They didn't give me any other solution. I offered to have them drive the car as long as they needed. But they won't.
