Expensive parking, bad clean up in the room, when I opened the sofa I found a used tooth paste, papers, the sink tab didnt work correctly, i asked for more towels never got them, not a lot of option in the TV.

Booked this hotel using Priceline express under the assumption that this was a 3.5 star property equivalent to a Hyatt/Hilton. Upon the reveal of the hotel, I checked the TripAdvisor reviews which seemed fairly decent and reasonably priced for my 6 night stay. Think again. Excellent stay racist valet

While I have visited this property several times. I was disturbed at the valet when I was asked if I'm checking in and that the valet was 36 dollars to stay over night as if I didn't have the money. I found it to be rude and financially racist.

Bad service. No fridge. No hot water in the shower. No one at the front desk cared or tried to help with either, they didn't think the lack of hot water was problematic. Hot water should always be available. That's the least the hotel can get right.
