Marquardt Property Management specializes in managing and renting residential property mostly in Oakland. We strive to assist our tenants and help our clients to better manage their properties. At times when a rental account does go bad we do assist with evictions. It is not our intent to un-house residents from their homes. We try to work with tenants with whatever problems they are having.
