We have been customers of this company for ten years. Every year we use them for air conditioning problems or heating. Last week they sent a guy out to see why our air conditioner wasn't working again. He told us our outside compressor was froze up and couldn't be fixed. Charged us $123.50 For A SERVICE CALL!!!! I couldn't believe it. He new I was pissed, so he said if we bought a new system...

This is the least professional--worst ran business i have ever dealt with in over 3 decades! If you ever want any job actually completed and without extra charges brought up during installation do not hire this company...after 2 mths they still havent installed our a/c unit because of one excuse after another. Melody the "front desk lady" was rude, ignorant, and needs to not have...
