The pools and grounds are nice and maintained, staff is helpful. the kitchen needs updating and the washers and dryers are iffy sometimes. I like how its close to the beach and is about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown

Dog-friendly, close-ish to the beach. Love almost everything about this community, except for the people running it. Maintenance does shoddy work and management/corporate allow it to happen, they will never take your side. We found black mold from repairs done when the last tenant was living here; it exacerbated our health problems but corporate (Aimco) refused to test the substance and covered...

Absolutely AWFUL and fraudulent business!! Do NOT trust this property with money for a deposit if you are trying to secure a rental there. My friend gave them (Warren, Maribel and Jennifer) a $500 deposit to hold a unit and they told him if his application did not clear, for whatever reason, he would receive the deposit back in his account within 5 business days. It has now been 9 business days...
