I loved the gal (Depeche) that does my hair, BUT the mgmt is something to be desired. How many times should a customer have to ask for the music to be changed?! Especially when you're spending a LOT many for multiple things being done?! Just wanted to hear something different besides R&B but the director decided that no music was better than changing the station. Won't be back. That was a waste...
