I couldn't be happier living at Marina Shores. I relocated from California to North Carolina and they have been nothing but helpful. This now feels like home. We live on beautiful Lake Norman, we are close to shopping and restaurants. We aren't too far from Charlotte but just far enough. I hope to call it home for a long time.
The location is great, directly on Lake Norman. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept, even though the complex is older the exteriors look freshly remodeled with new roofs etc. and the interiors are being remodeled as people move out so the insides are very fresh and modern.
Hated it there. Too small. Tried to get out of lease . Said would work with me but not the case. Had someone call about my apartment and was told no one bedroom apartments were available.
