Dr. Marina Kreptkh, Pediatric Dentist on 77th and 4th Avenue lost us as patients today (3/7). We went in on 1/13 for an initial consultation and scheduled an appointment for today at 3pm for my 5 year old to have 1 root canal and 2 cavities filled. I've been a nervous wreck about it for the past two months. I didn't get a reminder so called to confirm we will be going. The front desk denied we had an appointment scheduled and instead of trying to fix the situation told me that the computer is never wrong and that I made up the appointment. The best dental doctor I met in Brooklyn. Yesterday we visited their office with my kids. I like the interaction between the doctor and my kids before the examination, which reduced my kids' anxiety. Importantly, My kids told me they like doctor after appointments.

We made an appointment with Dr. Krepkh and were made to wait about half an hour in the reception area (which was fine bc there were toys) and half an hour in the dental chair, watching the ending of Nemo. Then Dr Cohen walked in and without examining my child's mouth asked if we had x-rays done. Dr. Cohen was nice with our child but short-tempered with us, the parents. When I asked why our child was treated by Dr. Cohen and not Dr. Krepkh, some guy at reception told us Dr. Krepkh got sick. Nicely done! Visited the office with my daughter. Found the office impressive very child friendly. The doctor was very professional and is great with kids. I tried other child dentist in Brooklyn and Dr. Krepkh is the one that I choose for my child.
