They were all so helpful! I had a breast reduction Aug 20th and I was absolutely scared! The were all reassuring and very respectful! They even took into account that I was 20 years old and just basically started life. They gave me better service than I could have imagined. They do not sugar coat anything, and were very understanding and listened to everything. They even understood my concerns...

She is the best and so is Sandy her nurse caring they listen and are so kind to my daughter!! So glad shes in Parkersburg now!

Dr Yoak was very caring and accommodating. Had tummy tuck and he did great. His office staff are extremely nice and helpful also.

Dr Carmen was exceptionally rude and non caring, I waited over2 hours and was told he was not going to do anything with me shaking and crying in pain. His assistant was so kind and helpful the assistant has a heart of compassion for patients. Bless his heart he just stared at Carmens answer. As to date still suffering with the pain, he did not care and walked in the room like he was God.
