Worse bank ever!!!! Save yourself some headaches and don't waste your time banking with them! Their AUTOMATED services never work. Was told because "our automated phone service gets switched off, and we sometimes forget to switch it on before the weekend." So that means good luck being able to call randomly for your balance. Same with their online banking. Locks you out too. No one ever answers...

No good went to close account 6 months ago and about 3 months later I still have $ coming out from payroll better yet I called numerous times and spoke with someone there about why account is still open she stated she forgot to send out the request by mail to payroll. Wow just received a balance from my savings that Marisol credit union still taking $ out. Hmmm I guess ill have to talk to them...
