Terrible service. Just because the dispatcher didn't pay attention to the correct address, he did not send a cab to pick us up. Instead of helping us when I called back to try to get confirmation...

This is my go to cab company.I never have to wait long and I always feel safe. (Unlike some of the "gypsy cabs" here in town)I live a little bit outside of town and the fare is always the same. I have used Marco's several times to get to Cedar Rapids airport and home again. The drivers come on time even at 4:30 am. Very reliable! Much better than shuttle that picks up others. Ask for a no smoking cab if you want one.

Excellent service-- showed up 5 min before reservation. Lower fare rate than other taxi company used in Iowa. Wonderful driver. Highly recommend.
