Help us make it rightThe apartments are really nice for the price, and very convenient to campus. Appliances are nearly new, carpet looks great, and even late night noise after exams isn't bad... the neighbors seem more mature and responsible than other places near UTK. Staff at the office are very helpful too, its been a pleasure living here. Pets are allowed, but people seem to treat it as a privilege they need...
This is a perfect place to live for a college student, or any young professional with a larger budget. I can easily walk to work and my classes and every morning wake up to the sound of the church bells and a view of the famous river off Neyland Stadium.
