This looks like great potential. I forget name of meal but it was shredded beef in tomato sauce. A bit too saucy for my tastes. Other than that one small difference in opinion the rest of the meal...

Great service and great food. They were not busy and I'm not sure why. This is a great place for authentic cuisine.

Stopped in to Parkersburg for a meeting and there were only 3 places recommended by Happy Cow and Yelp...for vegans. We had the Arepa & the Plantain lunch dishes and shared some plantain chips...
