This place was an IHOP in the 70's. The Mandarin House is still serving up the 35 year old leftover bacon and eggs in their dishes. I eat oysters off carts...

Every visit here has been a great combination of excellent food and very good service. Of note are the Mandarin Green Beans, the salt and pepper chicken, Kung Pao house special, and of course the mai Tais. We wanted a place that delivered but wasn't pizza and this fit the bill. Food was great and although pricey we didn't feel cheated. They also had super fast delivery given the location of the restaurant to our hotel. (Holiday Inn Express in La Jolla)
