Mandel Vision:New York LASIK

Dr. Mandel is a true professional and highly regarded in his field. He has done PRK surgery on both myself and a few of my friends and we are all extremely happy with the results. He is very thorough and explains the process and results the entire way through. The surgery was quick and painless and my vision is now better than 20/20. One of the best decisions I have made and no longer dealing with contacts/glasses is amazing.

Go to him if you are considering LASIK and/or PRK and you won't be disappointed... even if it is just to see if you are eligible.

Despite how common and well-established LASIK surgery is, having an excellent outcome is far from certain. Moreover, given how complex and delicate the eyes are, more harm than good can easily occur. As such, while I wanted surgery for a long time, it wasn't medically necessary so I was hesitant to take any risks, no matter how small.

Had my surgery yesterday during the storm and I couldn't be more excited about my results. My whole experience was second to none. Don't base your decision on $$, you get one pair of eyes in your lifetime. You get what you pay for! The whole staff was pleasant and professional.
