This has to be the worst place to do business in town. I got to the shop and did all the paperwork to rent the truck and when I got to the truck the shop manager/owner could not find the keys to that one truck. We had to go back to the office, cancel the paperwork, sign new paperwork and then finally I was able to take a truck. I took the truck at noon and returned it around 5PM of the same...

i was given a trailer with 2 bald tires and spent 3 1/2 hours on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in the heat
