The owner, Michael, is a criminal

The customer service at this place is absolutely horrible. For the outrageous prices that Michael, the crooked owner, charges you would think the customer service would be world class.

I cannot stress enough - stay away from this place. There are several better cleaners in the same area that charge less and actually stand by their work.

Why am I not surprised to find such low ratings for this dry cleaner. The customer service is not only horrific - it is downright threatening. I brought a down comforter in for dry cleaning.
