heat still not working properly...the workers were told to leave and refund our money but then they returned after they we said we would tell the media and gave it a temporary fix. the problem still exists. i will not be referring your business.

Very good experience! I was quoted by a competitor to replace my AC unit in my Atlanta rental property. They were 30% less expensive, easy to deal with and fast! If only I had called them to start, I could have saved myself a $300 service call visit from that competitor.

Unfortunately my AC went out; and because it was so hot -it was very uncomfortable in my home. I called the company, and they responded immediately. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and sent out a technician the very next day. The Technician arrived at the time promised; and was very professional! He fixed my problem, and let me know if the company could ever be of assistance...
