Moved here originally intending to buy a house, but decided against it after initial lease term. Im now going into my 6th year here and couldnt be happier. The complex and grounds are maintained very well and maintenance/leasing staff is very friendly. Its a great location, and is part of one of the top rated school districts in the country. It is just a fantastic place to call home.
Have lived here for four years! Love the office staff, maintenance people and convenient location to stores! The grounds are well kept and maintained at all times. Any time maintenance is contacted they come right away! Excellent place to live!

Been living here six years, never had and issue with leasing or maintenance. Very quick to respond if I had any issues with anything broken it was fixed quickly! The cheapest stuff possible in these apartments. If you touch it it breaks. Toilets break, sinks leak, garage is filthy, thin walls, Nicks in wall, cheapest nasty flat white paint, cheap carpet with nails protruding everywhere, washer and dryer do not work good at all, broken bricks outside, cracked linoleum tile in kitchen, slippery cheap tile in bathrooms. List goes on. Stay far away....
