Magpie offers a nice selection of handmade Indie clothing, quality vintage, whimsical jewelry and fun artworks. The accent is placed on local San Diego artists, which, in my book, is a laudable emphasis.

I've gone costume shopping here once with a couple of friends. It was pretty cool. They have a wide variety of selections. The best part is that they never run out. So its "OK" to go Halloween shopping the day of!
