The motel was clean, but rather run down, mold behind loose bathroom wallpaper cracked tub. No WiFi. Beautiful lobby and pool looked good.

Passing through the area. Checked in late night guy was pleasant enough (woke him up).
Got to room and didn't seem to have been cleaned very well.
Opened lid on toilet and there was toilet paper in the bowl, flushed and it started backing up.
Woke the manager again and got moved to another room that seemed to be ok.

Didn't think much about it when we first arrived but after a few hours we were loving it. The owners and staff were like a little family and it turned into a bed and breakfast sort of stay. I took my daughter and her friend for a birthday pool party and had a blast with lots of accommodation and friendliness.
