At one time they were actually a decent company but now they're simply pathetic. Perhaps the worst company I have dealt with in South Florida. We had the company come out to diagnose a problem with our refrigerator and they ordered a new circuit board. Then, after they installed the board our freezer would not freeze anymore. They came out and said sure enough we had to order another part from them, and it would cost us more money. I asked to speak with a supervisor but the company never had the deceny to call me back. I am frankly surpised that they're even still in business. I would not...

I was called an Asshole, after I hired them to check my appliances, they send two punks, one to make the invoice and the second to tell the first one what to add to the invoice. They were in my house for less than 20 seconds, and accumulated $120 in testing fee.

Did not have any testing tools, the iPhone was the flashlight.
