Magno, Angelo, Md - Park West Medical Care Inc

Dr Magno is a sweetheart. Great place. I'm surprised that there are negative reviews. Park Slopers are hyper critical, if he was that bad he would have been run out of business years ago.

In addition to being an excellent physician technically, Dr. Fitzpatrick is a caring doctor who tries to address any concerns I have. He is also cheerful and funny. I was not surprised to learn that he was elected president of Maimonides Medical Associates. Patients with appointments are seen before walk-ins.

Atrocious service and record-keeping. A claim for a standard visit was paid by my insurance provider and I then got a bill from a debt collector 10 months later. Dr. Magno's office then realized they had simply mixed up the paperwork.…

Very dirty offices, incompetent staff, extremely long wait times for walk-ins, and when getting medical test results back don't be surprised if you are told you have nothing to worry about you just are infected with whatever disease you…

When I first met Doc Fitz he was super nice and I was happy to finally find a doctor in my neighborhood that wanted to help. He prescribed me everything I needed to feel better and even helped to make sure my insurance would cover all the meds.

Unfortunately I still felt some sinus pain after I was done with my antibiotics and called him back for some advice, more medication or an appointment..

All he gave me was a number for another doctor. It took me a while to find him, i had to sign over all of my personal information, he asked me a million questions for ""the state"" -- I'm sorry...
